A Liverpool spokesman has spoken out to reassure the fans that Xabi Alonso is not for sale. The spokesman for LFC said:
“There has been no contact from anyone and Alonso is not for sale.”
This statement has had to be released as there are growing rumours that Liverpool are ready to sell Alonso for £20m to fund a big spending sprea in the summer transfer window.
