As the Reds get back to training at Melwood this week, a certain Glen Johnson has shown up to the club, and if I do say so myself, he looks good in red!

Johnson’s arrival is one of several of players who took part in World Cup qualifiers, as he was joined back in training with Stevie G and others. His press-conference is due for tomorrow (Thursday), where he’ll be revealed to the public as our new #2!
After all of the hub-bub going on in the transfer gossip of yet another silly season of epic proportions, it will be great to see our lads out in action. The first time we’ll get to see Glen Johnson, and the rest of my beloved Reds, is on July 15th, as we face St. Gallen in our annual visit to Switzerland. We will play Rapid Vienna on July 19th (not sure if that will be in Switzerland still, or if we’ll go to Austria), and will then fly to Asia to face Thailand and Singapore on July 22nd and 26th. Can’t wait!
