I have been wearing the new Liverpool FC 09/10 Away kit for a few days now and I must say Adidas have raised their game with this one.
Let’s start by describing the features of the shirt. It features everything you come to expect from a Liverpool FC football shirt:
- The LFC Badge – featuring the Liver bird, Hillsborough flames and the “You’ll Never Walk Banner”.
- Carlsberg Sponsorship in gold – a Liverpool shirt would look odd without it (although this could be happening in 2010/2011)!
- Adidas Climacool technology – to keep you dry and cool when playing the beautiful game.
- Liver bird wings on the front of the shirt
- Crew neck collar – Normally the collars are the sticking point on football shirts for me but this is not the case with the LFC 09/10 away kit; the fabulous crew neck collar is continued from the 08/10 home shirt and makes the shirt very comfortable to way.
Liverpool shirts seem to be getting better every year and the new Liverpool FC 09/10 Away kit is an addition to the already popular red home kit and new European away shirt. Liverpool FC fans will be kitted out better than ever this season. Let’s just hope Adidas keep it up!
