New Investment Talk….Again

Football - Liverpool v Arsenal Barclays Premier League

A few weeks have passed with no news or rumours regarding a Liverpool takeover or investment into the club. So I wasn’t suprised to see more talk of investment, this time talk involves Saudi Prince, Prince Faisal bin Fahd bin Abdullah.

Regarding the investment of a Premier League club he said:

‘We are currently seeking to buy 50 per cent of the shares in the club which is now suffering with debts worth £245million. ‘The transaction, upon which a decision is close to be reached, will be worth 200 to 350million pounds.’

Liverpool Co Owner, Hicks has also hinted the club are on the look out for Middle-east investment.
