Now let us fix our home form

After the jubilation at Stamford Bridge many Reds (including me) thought that we had finally turned a corner, however when we hosted Crystal Palace the nightmare returned. Crystal Palace at home should have been an easy three points however we ended up empty handed, Anfield was lacking the energy and some fans even left early.

The Manchester City victory couldn’t have come at a better time,  we are hosting Bordeaux and Swansea in the next week and both are massive games. A victory against Bordeaux will qualify us to the knockout stages of the Europa League while three points against Swansea will see us move up in the Premier League table. This is why we need the Anfield faithful to bring with them the energy that the travelling Kop took with them to the Eithad last Saturday. They need to stay in their seats until the final whistle because after all they are the 12th man and in order to make Anfield a fortress again we need their full commitment.

Of course this week there is also Champions League football with many former Reds like Xabi Alonso, Luis Suarez, Alvaro Arbeloa, Javier Macherano, Fernando Torres and Raheem Sterling could all be taking some part for their respective clubs. I am sure that many of you fellow Reds feel a certain envy that Liverpool is not in the Champions League this season however I have faith that Jurgen Klopp will bring those glorious European Nights back to Anfield next season. In the meantime we can always put a few Champions League bets in with Bonus Code Bets.

So once again, it might only be Europa League however let us use it as a warm-up for next season.
