We’re social creatures, & have a need to belong to a group. On top of that, being a fan has the intrinsic advantage of having a shtty day become amazingly better all of a sudden, with the obvious downside of the opposite happening every now and then.
Which is exactly what happened this Sunday.. it was the epitomy of “sht happens”. I share Herr Klopp’s view, it had to happen sooner or later, and will happen again. But as long as he is in the helm, I rest assure that all that needs to be learned will be learned, and all that needs to improve will
improve. And these episodes will get fewer and fewer, but whenever sht happens again, it shouldn’t be the end of the world (although at the moment it does feel like crap 🙂 ).
tbh i had a bad feeling about this one.. everyone was so self confident, taking this for a huge victory, much before the ball was kicked. In the EPL a defeat can alwayscome out of nowhere, let alone against a considerable underdog, just
the type of team we have had difficuly beating so far.
P.S did yousee the post match presser? The manner in which Klopp goes about a defeat, much like after a win, is commendable. Pure class.
